What size is a Taiwan passport photo?
Read this before you rely on us for a Taiwan passport photo. The Representative Office's guidelines say "Alteration of the digital image is not permitted", and the rule above it forbids "resampling of the original image or alteration of the image's size before printing". Both sentences sit in a passage about camera quality and printing, so they most likely aim at someone upscaling a low-resolution snapshot rather than at background work — but we cannot promise you that is how the counter will read them. If you want no argument at the window, have this one taken at a studio.
